Additional information
- Boarding starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.
- In addition, we charge a climate fee of PLN 3.31 / person per day.
- Dogs-we love pets, but for the comfort of other guests, we do not accept them in our habitat . In exceptional cases, when discussing the arrival of a pet individually, the price is 300 PLN / day
Booking
- A mandatory condition for booking is 100% payment. the cost of the entire stay and confirmation of its transfer by email within 7 days. If your stay is cancelled 3 weeks before arrival, we will refund you 50 percent. the cost of the advance payment. Otherwise, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- In the event of a reduced stay in our habitat, we charge a fee of 100 percent. the cost of the entire booking. We do not refund for unused days.
- During the holidays (July/ August), reservations can be made for a minimum of 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday). During the remaining period, the minimum booking period is 2 days(excluding long weekends).
- Holidays and special events: for Christmas, Easter and New Year, as well as for intimate events, we can rent a whole boarding house.
