Please note that a 100% deposit must be made within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation is possible 28 days prior to arrival. In this case, the refund is subject to 50% of the deposit.

In the case of the standard offer, a 30% deposit is required to be made within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation is possible 21 days prior to arrival.

In case of non-refundable rates, a 100% deposit must be made within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the reservation. You can't cancel your reservation for free.

Check-out before 11: 00

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and rooms. Smoking is allowed in a designated area.

Pets are not allowed.

Organization of events and receptions only with the owner's consent by prior arrangement.

Night silence is valid from 22: 00 to 06: 00.

Private parking is available on site

Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is provided free of charge.

Bathing children in the Jacuzzi, in the lake and visiting gyms only and exclusively under the care of parents.

Parents are responsible for the safety of children.
